Invariant theory: Geometry and structure problems defining algebraic groups via invariants; algebro-geometric [Grothendieck] aspects
Non-associative algebras: Jordan algebras and superalgebras, Poisson algebras and superalgebras and their generalizations, deformations and degenerations
